Q. Why are my hand towels not tearing properly?
A. You probably need a new funnel in your dispenser. Please contact us for a replacement funnel.

Q. Why is my toilet tissue tearing off inside the dispenser?
A. Your tissue should be loaded in the dispenser so that the top of the roll rolls away from the toilet. This will leave a 4" sheet hanging below the dispenser.

Q. Why does my hand soap bottle collapse and not dispense all the soap?
A. You need to cut a hole in the bottom (which is the top when loaded) of your soap bottle, allowing air intake.

Q. My dispenser is cracked. How can I get a new one?
A. Contact us for a replacement.

Q. When mixing my 5 gallon buddy jugs, I get the jug half full and foam starts running out of the top.
A. You should fill your jug 3/4 full of water, pour in the chemical concentrate, then finish filling with water.

Q. Why is my System 2000 using too much chemical concentrate?
A. Someone has probably removed the metering tip. Contact us for a replacement.

Q. Why can't I smell my air fresheners anymore?
A. The battery may not have been replaced with the last refill, or it has been more than 28 days since your last refill. Our F-Matic odor neutralizers are made from natural flowers. Therefore, you will eventually get used to the smell and not notice it. You can switch to a different scent if you desire, but since they are there to cure an odor problem, if the foul smell is gone, they are doing their job.
